Returns & Exchanges

We want your EQYP gear working as hard as you do. If something isn't right — wrong resistance level, wrong size, or not what you expected — returning or exchanging is simple. Here's how it works.

You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and unwashed, with the original tags attached. Products marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at cs@eqyp.com or 1-800-233-6956 before sending anything back.

Important: Please do not combine returns in one package. Each return label is uniquely linked to a specific item, and only the item associated with that label will be processed. Combining items may result in delays or unprocessed returns.

Returns Process

  1. Visit our Return Portal to start your return or exchange.
  2. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice.
  3. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) used for the purchase.
  4. Only items purchased directly from EQYP.com are eligible. We cannot accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for it to be processed. The time for the refund to post to your bank, PayPal, or credit card account varies by provider.

Please note: the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchange Process

To exchange an unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item, visit our Return Portal and select “Return this item” to begin. You can then browse our shop and select the new item you'd like instead. Follow the instructions to print your free return label.

Package the unaltered item(s) and drop the package off at any authorized shipping location. Once received at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days to process your exchange.

Important Notes

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to the terms outlined in this Returns & Exchanges policy.
  • A credit is issued to the original payment method for the item amount, less any original shipping and handling.
  • If you need help identifying the correct return process, contact our Customer Service team at cs@eqyp.com and include your order number.
