Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days once order is placed, pending approval and merchandise availability. Business days are Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are shipped from Goodyear, AZ. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

Below are the shipping method options and cost associated with each order shipment.

U.S. FREE SHIPPING*

*Free FedEx Ground Economy Shipping is valid exclusively at EQYP.com on all qualifying orders shipped within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Customers must select the Free FedEx Ground Economy Shipping option at checkout to receive complimentary shipping. If an alternate shipping method is selected, additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping offers apply only to domestic “ship-to” addresses within the United States and are non-transferable. A return label will be provided for any product that fails to deliver; however, original shipping charges for upgraded shipping methods are non-refundable. No adjustments will be made to previous purchases. Offer has no cash value, is subject to change without notice, and is void where prohibited by law.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA

Ground shipping is not available for deliveries to Alaska. Orders shipping via Two-Day or One-Day service may require an additional one to two business days for delivery.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII

Ground shipping is not available to Hawaii. Orders ship via FedEx 2-Day Air ($35) or FedEx Standard Overnight ($45). These rates reflect higher carrier fees for shipments to Hawaii.

P.O. BOXES

Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses are delivered via FedEx Ground Economy, which utilizes USPS for final-mile delivery. Because USPS completes the final leg, expedited shipping options are not available for P.O. Box shipments. Transit times may be longer than standard FedEx Ground deliveries.

APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via FedEx Ground Economy and are transferred to the U.S. Postal Service for military mail delivery. Expedited shipping options are not available, and delivery may take up to 45 days depending on destination and military mail processing.

COLORADO RESIDENTS

As of July 1, 2022, a $0.27 delivery fee is automatically added to purchases. Retailers collect the $0.27 fee on each delivery of taxable goods to a Colorado address. The fee applies to retailers selling taxable tangible goods that are delivered by motor vehicle to Colorado residents and consumers.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

At this time, EQYP can only ship to valid U.S. addresses. Sorry, we do not ship to internationally.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages, at no additional cost to you. You will receive separate Shipping Confirmation emails once each individual package is shipped. Your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge once products are processed and shipped.

EQYP observes the following US holidays and orders will not be processed or shipped during these Holidays.

  • Thanksgiving (11/26/26 & 11/27/26)
  • Christmas (12/24/26, & 12/25/26)
  • New Year's Eve (12/31/26)

Once an order has been processed and shipped, EQYP cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping due to factors outside its control, including but not limited to interruptions to service provider networks or weather conditions. EQYP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
