Resistance Level: 20-30 LBS

Super Bands sit at the crossover point between bodyweight training and free-weight lifting. The wide, looped construction is built for high-tension work: assisted pull-ups and dips, banded squats and bench press, mobility flows, hip and shoulder distractions, and the kind of accessory work powerlifters use to keep their joints honest.

What makes Super Bands different from traditional bands is the resistance curve. Tension increases as the band stretches, which means a banded squat or bench press gets harder at the top of the rep — the position where your strength curve is naturally strongest. That's why advanced lifters use them for accommodating resistance, while gymnasts and calisthenics athletes rely on them to ease into one-arm pull-ups and muscle-ups.

Five resistance levels cover the full range: 20-30 lbs through 60-150 lbs. Color-coded latex construction, consistent tension, and a build durable enough for years of use. Whether your goal is a first pull-up or a heavier deadlift lockout, there's a Super Band sized for it.
